Mrunal Natekar-Bhide is an accomplished Hindustani classical vocalist and devotional singer, proudly upholding the legacy of her grandfather, Sangeet Bhushan Pandit Ram Marathe, one of India’s most revered vocalists.

Trained rigorously in the classical tradition under Pt. Ram Marathe and later Pt. Pradeep Natekar, she performs across the concert stage and the devotional repertoire, and teaches the next generation of musicians.

The instruments of the tradition

The veena leads her sound, held aloft by the drone of the tanpura and the pulse of the tabla — the living body of Hindustani classical music.
